Marinated tomato salad with basil and mozzarella
Salad of tomatoes marinated in garlic, vinegar and oil with basil and mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella.

Rub the inside of the salad bowl with the cutting surface of the garlic.

Halve the tomato mix and cut the tastytom vine tomatoes into slices.

Put in the bowl. Add the salt, sugar, red wine vinegar and olive oil and carefully mix everything together.

Let stand for 30 minutes. Tear the leaves of the basil coarsely.

Tear the (buffalo) mozzarella into pieces and spread with the basil over the salad.

Sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with the rest of the extra virgin olive oil.
