Directions

  1. Cook the broccoli florets al dente in approx. 6 minutes.
  2. Put the powder for mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add 100 ml of boiled water and stir well. Or make fresh mashed potatoes yourself.
  3. Drain the broccoli and puree with the herb cream cheese.
  4. Mix this mixture well with the puree.
  5. Fill a piping bag with a serrated mouth and cover a flat dish with rounds of baking paper.
  6. Spray a 'Christmas tree' on each round.
  7. Put the tree, including parchment paper, in the pan and heat. Then place a little under the grill.
