Mayonnaise and peppers
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: roasted peppers ((jar 295 g), drained and in small cubes), tomatoes (in small blocks), mayonnaise, spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in rings) and red wine vinegar (bottle of 500 ml ).

Mix with 5 tbsp mayonnaise.

Cut 1 spring onion (bag 3 pieces) into rings and add with the red wine vinegar.

Season with chilli (mill) and salt.

Tasty with grilled sausages.

You can prepare the sauce 1 day in advance.

Keep covered in the refrigerator.

Add the chilli pepper just before serving..
