Directions

Cook potatoes according to directions on packaging (in microwave) al dente. Squeeze lemon. Beat in salad bowl oil with lemon juice and honey until dressing. Stir in garlic and herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drain potatoes, scoop by dressing and allow to cool to room temperature. Scoop occasionally. Mix lamb's lettuce melange with potatoes and serve.
