Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the top of the garlic and put the bread in the oven dish.

Sprinkle with the oil and pof for approx. 45 minutes in the oven. Check after 30 minutes for doneness. The garlic cloves should be soft.

Remove the garlic from the oven. Hold 4 toes out of the ball with a knife. Put the yogurt and mayonnaise in the cup of the hand blender and puree.

Slice the chives and add to the sauce. Season with pepper and salt.
