Directions

  1. Cut the ham into strips and fry the ham in a frying pan without oil or butter in 4 min. Crispy. Drain and cool on kitchen paper.
  2. Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the melon into pieces.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings. Mix the melon, arugula and onion in a bowl.
  4. In a bowl, beat the mustard, vinegar and oil to a vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the salad with the vinaigrette and break the strips of fried ham above it.
