Chopped with pine nuts and spice paste

A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (bag a 65 g), sundried tomatoes on oil, fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), fresh basil ((a 15 g), finely chopped), spicy cheese (grated) , ground beef, rusks (crumbled) and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  2. Mix the sun-dried tomatoes, the green herbs, half of the cheese and half of the pine nuts in the food processor.
  3. Mix the mince with the rusks and a quarter of the spice paste (from the food processor), season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  5. Squeeze the mince onto a piece of baking paper to a piece of approximately 40 x 40 cm.
  6. Spread the herb paste over it, sprinkle with the rest of the pine nuts and the rest of the cheese.
  7. Roll up the mince into a roll (you do this by 'turning' the parchment paper underneath and then removing it).
  8. Stick the top with a little oil and place the roll on the seam in the oven dish.
  9. Fry the mince in 40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  10. Cut the chopped roll into slices.
  11. Tasty with cucumber and potatoes..
