Chopped with pine nuts and spice paste
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (bag a 65 g), sundried tomatoes on oil, fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), fresh basil ((a 15 g), finely chopped), spicy cheese (grated) , ground beef, rusks (crumbled) and olive oil.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Mix the sun-dried tomatoes, the green herbs, half of the cheese and half of the pine nuts in the food processor.

Mix the mince with the rusks and a quarter of the spice paste (from the food processor), season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Squeeze the mince onto a piece of baking paper to a piece of approximately 40 x 40 cm.

Spread the herb paste over it, sprinkle with the rest of the pine nuts and the rest of the cheese.

Roll up the mince into a roll (you do this by 'turning' the parchment paper underneath and then removing it).

Stick the top with a little oil and place the roll on the seam in the oven dish.

Fry the mince in 40 minutes until tender and golden brown.
