Mediterranean casserole with puff pastry twig
Casserole with minced meat, Italian stir-fry vegetables, flageolets and a puff pastry twig.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the garlic and cut finely. Put the flageolets in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Crumble the bouillon tablet.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the mince with the garlic, bouillon tablet and tarragon for 3 min.

Add the stir-fry mix and heat for 4 min. Mix in the flageolets. Season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, grease the edge of the baking dish with the rest of the oil.

Spread the minced meat-vegetable mixture over the baking dish and cover with the puff pastry. The dough may fall over the edge of the oven dish.

Prick holes in the dough with a fork here and there. Beat the egg and brush the puff pastry with it. Fry the dish in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
