Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil the potato cubes in water with salt in 10 min. Until done.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chipola sausages in 5 minutes brown and done.

Drain the potato cubes. Catch a cup of cooking liquid.

Stamp the potato with sufficient cooking water to a smooth puree. Mix the crème fraiche with the mustard.

Put the endive in portions through it and let it shrink a little.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes and the spring onion in rings and add to the endive stew. Season with pepper.

Put the stew on the plates and add the sausages.
