Mediterranean 'citizens'
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pre-fried ciabattas (a 250 g), onions, butter or margarine, vegetarian hamburgers (a 75 g), ratatouille niçoise (400 g), curry herb ketchup (bottle a 800 ml) and ground old cheese ( bag a 150 g).

Preheat oven and bake ciabatta according to instructions.

Peel onions and cut into rings.

Heat butter in frying pan and brown and cook until about 6 minutes.

Remove the burgers from the pan and keep them warm.

Grind glass in approx.

3 minutes in the rest of the fried onion rings.

Add ratatouille and co-heat.

Ciabatta halve and cut open.
-
Halves smear with herbal ketchup.
-
Invest with hamburgers and vegetable mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese and fold up..
