A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pre-fried ciabattas (a 250 g), onions, butter or margarine, vegetarian hamburgers (a 75 g), ratatouille niçoise (400 g), curry herb ketchup (bottle a 800 ml) and ground old cheese ( bag a 150 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat oven and bake ciabatta according to instructions.
  2. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  3. Heat butter in frying pan and brown and cook until about 6 minutes.
  4. Remove the burgers from the pan and keep them warm.
  5. Grind glass in approx.
  6. 3 minutes in the rest of the fried onion rings.
  7. Add ratatouille and co-heat.
  8. Ciabatta halve and cut open.
  9. Halves smear with herbal ketchup.
  10. Invest with hamburgers and vegetable mixture.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese and fold up..
