Directions

  1. Chop the shallot. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  2. Scoop the lettuce, bell pepper, shallot and tomato and spread over the plates.
  3. Put the slices of goat cheese on it. Pour the dressing over and garnish with the salad mix.
  4. Serve the salad with the bread.
