Melon granita
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: white caster sugar, flesh of melon, sweet white wine and lemon (squeezed out).

Bring 150 ml of water with the caster sugar to the boil and dissolve the sugar while stirring.

Allow the sugar syrup to cool.

Meanwhile, halve the melon and scoop out the seeds.

Remove the pulp from the peel and mash it in the food processor or with a hand blender with the sugar syrup and wine.

Add lemon juice to taste.

Pour the ice cream mixture into the freezer and let the ice freeze in the freezer in about 5 hours.

Loosen the ice cream mix with a fork every half hour to create a coarse texture.

Spoon the melon granita into six beautiful glasses and serve immediately..
