A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon, soft-sour apples (eg golden orange or coxs orange), thick juice apple, egg whites, eggs, white caster sugar, self-rising flour (sifted), cornstarch and gingerbread or bastogne cake (crumbled).

Lemon brooms and half of skin finely grated. Half of lemon squeezing out (other half is not used). Peel the apples and cut into pieces. In a thick pan, apple with thick juice, 2 tbsp water and lemon zest in 10 min. Gently until sauce is boiled. Stir in lemon juice and let it cool down.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. In fat-free bowl of protein with pinch of salt with mixer until peaks are stiff. Mix eggs and caster sugar with a mixer until frothy. Bake flour and corn starch lightly. Spread apple sauce, gingerbread and egg white foam lightly through flour mixture. Distribute soufflé batter over molds and smooth the top. Place the molds in the middle of the oven and fry the souffles for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown and nicely proofed. Do not open the oven door in order to avoid collapsing. Serve souffles directly from the oven, for example with cold vanilla custard or bread roll vanilla ice cream.
