Pancake pie with pancetta

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the pancetta in 5 min. On medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Break the pancetta into pieces.

Meanwhile, finely chop the chocolate. Cut the bananas into slices and stir the mascarpone loose.

Spread 1 pancake with ¼ of the mascarpone. Divide ¼ of the banana and ¼ of the chocolate.

Put a pancake on top and sprinkle with the kitchen syrup and ¹ / ³ of the bacon. Make 3 more layers.

Divide the pecans over the pancake pie.
