Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Divide the dough into 8 balls. Press them a bit flatter and place them on the baking paper with enough space (the dough will run out during baking).

Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven in about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool and become crispy.

Spoon the granita into glasses and put in the biscuits.
