Directions

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Bring the whipped cream to the boil with the vanilla pod and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the sugar in the warm cream and remove it from the heat source.
  3. Remove the vanilla pod, scrape out the marrow with a knife and stir it through the cream.
  4. Squeeze the gelatine well and stir it through the cream. Allow everything to cool for a few minutes, then stir in the milk and pour the mixture into the containers.
  5. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This can be done a day in advance.
  6. Clean the fruits. Put the panna cotta on plates, place the fruits around it and garnish with mint.
