A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, galia melons, basil ((15 g), only the leaves), ice cubes, extra virgin olive oil, Prosciutto di Parma (meat products and 75 g).

Directions

  1. Halve the melons, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the melons into pieces. Peel the parts and cut them into pieces. Purée with half of the basil, the ice cubes and a pinch of salt to a smooth soup. Add the oil at the last minute.
  2. Divide the soup over 6 bowls. Tear the ham into strips and spread over the bowls. Tear the rest of the basil into pieces and sprinkle over the soup.
