Melon soup with basil
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, galia melons, basil ((15 g), only the leaves), ice cubes, extra virgin olive oil, Prosciutto di Parma (meat products and 75 g).
Halve the melons, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and cut the melons into pieces. Peel the parts and cut them into pieces. Purée with half of the basil, the ice cubes and a pinch of salt to a smooth soup. Add the oil at the last minute.
Divide the soup over 6 bowls. Tear the ham into strips and spread over the bowls. Tear the rest of the basil into pieces and sprinkle over the soup.
