Cold soup of grilled red pepper, cucumber, tastetomatomates, cherries, feta and tabasco and all that from the blender.

Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Also cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Put the entire contents of the jar of grilled red pepper (so with moisture and garlic clove) in the blender or food processor. Add the cucumber and tomatoes.

Add the cherries and tabasco and grind in 1 min. To a smooth soup. Season with pepper.

Divide the soup over plates or glasses. Crumble the feta and sprinkle with the oil. Serve cold. Bon appétit! .
