Leek soup
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, white bread (old), olive oil, garlic, thin bacon strips, sliced leeks, chicken stock, salt and pepper.

Cut crust off bread and cut bread into small cubes of approx.

1 cm.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan.

Chop a clove of garlic in four and fry in oil.

Remove garlic from pan.

Add bread and quickly bake until golden brown.

Drain the croûtons on kitchen paper.

Rest of garlic peel and cut.

Heat in a pan of oil and gently fry bacon for about 2 minutes.

Garlic for 1 minute.

Stir in the leek.

Add 1 liter of water and stock cubes, bring to the boil and add stock cubes.

Turn down low and let the soup simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes until leek is tender.

Season with salt and pepper.
