Winter salad with apple, bluefin cheese and walnuts
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: freshly sour apples ((eg Elstar), in parts), lemon (squeezed), walnuts, celery, Greek yogurt (box 150 g), olive oil, lamb's lettuce (75 g) and Gorgonzola (cheese) ( in cubes).

Sprinkle the apple slices with half of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan for about 5 minutes on medium heat until they start to smell.

Take them out of the pan, chop them roughly and place them separately on a plate.

Cut the celery into pieces of 2-3 cm.

Beat the yogurt and oil with the rest of the lemon juice.

Season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Spoon the lamb's lettuce, apple and celery with the dressing.

Serve on 4 plates with the walnuts and the Gorgonzola..
