Salad of orange and brie
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: oranges, spring onions (3 pieces), olive oil (extra virgin), walnut oil, oakleaf lamella (100g), farm brie (45, in 12 half slices), hazelnuts ((65g) and coarsely chopped).

Peel the oranges thickly down to the flesh.

Collect the juice that is released during this process.

Use a sharp knife to cut the flesh parts of the orange from the fleece.

Cut the spring onion into pieces of 1 cm.

In a bowl, beat 3 tbsp oil, the walnut oil, 2 tbsp orange juice and the spring onion to make a dressing.

Season with pepper.

Divide the lettuce over 4 plates.

Put 3 slices of brie on each plate.

Heat the rest of the oil gently in the pan.

Bake the orange wedges for a few seconds.

Put the wedges on the salad.

Sprinkle the dressing over it and garnish with the hazelnuts..
