Nacho layer dip


Mexican dipping sauce made from guacamole, corn, coriander, salsa, spring onion and crème fraîche. Serve with nachos.

Directions

  1. Prepare the guacamole according to the instructions on the package. You use everything except the tomato.
  2. Drain the corn. Cut the tomato from the guacamole package into small pieces, cut the spring onion into thin rings and finely chop the coriander.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the picadillokruiden and season with salt.
  4. Divide the guacamole, corn, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, coriander and spring onions in layers over 4 glasses.
  5. Serve the dip with the tortilla chips.
