Grilled giant shrimps with lime

A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns (thawed), lime (only the juice), olive oil, garlic (squeezed), dried chilli (ground), lemon (melissa minced) and Japanese soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the armor of the shrimp into the tail with scissors. Slice the shrimp with a sharp knife and remove the black wires if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, mix the lime juice with the oil and squeeze out the garlic. Add salt and chili pepper to taste. Spoon the shrimps and the lemon balm through the marinade. Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Heat the barbecue with the grill basket. Let the shrimp drain in a sieve. Put the shrimps in the grill basket on the barbecue and grill them on each side for about 3 minutes. Spoon the shrimp on a dish. Pour the soy sauce into a bowl and serve as a dip.
  4. In their armor the shrimps do not stick to the grid and that armor gives a delicious taste to the giant shrimps during grilling.
