Tomatoes stuffed with bluefin cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: tasty tom tomatoes, spring onions, rocket salad (lettuce, 30 g), Castello blue (blue cheese and 150 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Clean tomatoes, cut off the cap and hollow out with a spoon (tomato juice is not used).

Sprinkle the inside of tomatoes with salt and pepper.

Cut the forest onions into rings.

Cut half of arugula.
-
Blanch the bluefish cheese with a fork and mix with spring onions and chopped arugula.

Fill tomatoes with bluefin cheese mixture and cover with tomato caps.

Put tomatoes in greased baking dish and bake for approx.

8 minutes.

Divide the rest of arugula over four plates and put fried to it..
