Blinis with avocado cream and salmon


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, mix of pre-poffertjes, milk, egg, oil, ripe avocados, sour cream, lemon juice, fresh basil (from plant or bag), fresh-cured (a 15 g), smoked salmon, rump caviar black ( 50 g) and smoked chicken fillet strips.

Directions

  1. In a small pancake mix mix with milk and egg until smooth batter. Heat small portion of oil in a large frying pan. In portions 12 pancakes (= blinis) of 7 cm diameter and 12 small blinis of 5 cm diameter bake (possibly a little more of baking and the best looking). Peel avocados and cut into cubes. Smear avocado with fork in a bowl. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Remove some small leaves of basil and coriander for garnishing, rest fine cut. Add half of avocado mixture to another bowl and stir in basil and coriander. Put both mixtures and blinis covered in a refrigerator.
  2. Divide large blinis over four plates for adults. On each blini mountain create avocado cream with herbs. Cut salmon into strips and divide them over blinis. Create a bit of caviar. Blini's garnish with fresh herbs. Divide small blinis for children over plates. Cooking on every blini mountain avocadosome without herbs. Distribute chicken strips over it.
