Meringue with melon and raspberries
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs, white caster sugar, cornstarch (pack of a 200 g), red port (ruby), watermelon, cantaloupe melon, raspberries and seedless white grapes.

Preheat the oven to 150 ºC.

Separate the eggs and put the proteins with a pinch of salt in a grease-free bowl and mix this frothy in a food processor or with a mixer.

Add the sugar spoon to spoon, then the cornstarch and mix until the egg white foam is firm.

Pour in 2 tbsp and mix for another 2 minutes.

Draw a circle of 20 cm diameter on the baking paper and scoop the egg white foam on it.

Fry the egg white foam for 90 minutes.

Set the temperature of the oven to 50 ºC lower when the foam starts to turn dark.

Let the meringue dry for at least another hour, until the outside feels firm (but the inside is still soft and sticky).

Use a melon ball spoon to roll out nice bread from the cantaloupe and the watermelon.

Mix the melon balls with the raspberries and grapes, pour the port and leave it for 1 hour.

Place the meringue on a bowl and spoon the fruit on it..
