Cut the feta into slices and the onion into thin rings. Slice the leaves of the dill and the fresh mint and put together with the feta and onion in a bowl.

Sprinkle with pepper and pour the olive oil with lemon over it. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator until use.

Put the feta with the drained pepper, cumin and paprika in a high cup and puree with the hand blender. Season with pepper. Keep covered in the refrigerator.

Cut the rest of the feta into cubes of ½ cm. Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into rings.

Slice the garlic. Drain the olives and add the extra virgin olive oil, red pepper and garlic to the feta. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator until use.

Serve the marinated feta slices, fetas spread and feta with olives in bowls with the drink.
