Fried broccoli florets with ginger garlic sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: fresh-ground carrots (peeled), yoghurt mayonnaise, medium-sour sherry, garlic (, pressed), ready-to-eat broccoli florets (300 g), egg, sesame seeds, flour and oil.

Ginger the upper bowl in the garlic press.

Season with mayonnaise, sherry, garlic, salt and pepper to taste until sauce.

Halve large broccoli florets.
