Mihoen-mango salad
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, noodles, lime (pressed), Thai fish sauce, dark brown caster sugar, dried chilli from mill, spring onions (in slanted rings), mango (in strips), fresh mint (15 g coarsely chopped), fresh coriander (15 g coarsely chopped) and unsalted peanuts (coarsely chopped).

Cut Mihun into pieces and cook in boiling water according to instructions.

Rinse in sieve under cold water and let it drain.

In salad bowl dressing, beat lime juice, fish sauce and sugar.

Dress up dressing with chili pepper.

Spread the spring onions, mango, fresh mint and coriander through dressing.

Add Mihoen and gently mix the salad.

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts..
