A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pineapple, broken green beans (250 g), noodles, wok oil, fried rice / balsam, Japanese soy sauce, jumbo shrimps (100 g) and bunched onion (in thin rings).

Directions

  1. Cut the top and bottom of the pineapple so that the fruit can stand upright on the work surface.
  2. Cut the fruit in quarter lengthwise.
  3. Cut off the hard inside, remove the skin and the 'eyes' and cut each quarter into pieces.
  4. Put the green beans in a bowl with a bottom of water and cook for 3 minutes at full power in the microwave, shovel halfway.
  5. Drain.
  6. Boil the noodles for 4 minutes, rinse under cold running water and drain in a colander.
  7. Heat half of the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, the fried rice on high heat for 3-4 minutes, sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.
  8. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil.
  9. Put the rest of the oil in the wok, turn the heat a bit lower and stir fry the noodles with the soy sauce 3-4 minutes, add the green beans, shrimps and pineapple for the last 2 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle the dish with the fried rice and the spring onions..
