Minced terrine with cranberries and apricots

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Knead the minced meat well with the meatballs, the egg, the red onion, a good pinch of cinnamon powder or biscuit spices, the cranberries and apricots.

Push the minced meat into the cake or terrine form and place it in an oven dish. Place the oven dish in the middle of the oven and pour a layer of boiling water around it. Bake the terrine in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Leave to rest outside the oven and let the moisture drain gently. Deposit the tureen on a dish and cut into thick slices.
