Mini burger with truffle pate
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, shallot, beef tartar, sausage sauce, butter, truffle pate *, white mini buns (bag of 10 pieces) and lamb's lettuce (bag a 75 g).

Chop the shallots and grate them. Combine the tartar and Worcestershire sauce with shallots, season with salt and pepper. Forming mixture 8 small citizens. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until use.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook burgers in 8 min. Brown and cooked. Pâté in 8 equal pieces. Cut open sandwiches and invest with lamb's lettuce, hamburger and truffle paté. Serve immediately.
