Mini-schnitges with stir-fry vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onions (chopped), minikrieltjes (barbecue (benefit pack 800 g)), kohlrabi ((about 600 g), peeled and in small cubes), red pepper (in small cubes), corn kernels (crispy (212 ml), drained), pork cutlets (2 pieces, 260 g) and flour.

Heat in a frying pan or wok2 tbsp oil and fry the onion crisps golden brown, scoop them out of the pan and keep them separate.

Put the mini-circles in the pan and fry them under regular seasoning according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the fried onion, the kohlrabi, the bell pepper and the corn in the mini-jars and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Cut the cutlets each into 4 equal pieces.

Rub them with salt and pepper and swirl them through the flour.

Fry in the rest of the oil over a high heat on both sides for 2 minutes until tender and juicy.

Serve the fried vegetables..
