Goulash soup


Soup meat stewed with onion, garlic, pepper, tomatoes and potato.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onions in half rings, the pepper in strips and the garlic fine.
  3. Heat the butter in a soup pan and fry the meat in brown for 3 minutes.
  4. Fry the onion, garlic and paprika for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the paprika powder, flour and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the water with the bouillon tablets and bay leaf and bring to the boil. Leave to cook for 2 ½ hours on low heat.
  7. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add and cook for 30 minutes.
