Oven paste with vegetables
Italian oven pasta with macaroni, bacon strips, pasta vegetables, tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Boil the pasta in water with salt according to the instructions on the package al dente.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips for 2 minutes. Add the ratatouille and heat for 2 minutes without cooking.

Drain the pasta, mix it with the vegetables and scoop in the baking dish.

Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices. Divide the tomato slices, mozzarella slices, oregano and possibly salt and pepper.

Bake the pasta in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and starts to color.
