Penne with leek-bacon cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon (meat products), olive oil, ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), penne (pasta), Grana Padano (cheese piece), green pesto (100 g), crème fraîche (125 ml) and ( freshly ground) black pepper.

Cut the bacon into strips.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Bake crispy baking and remove from the pan with skimmer.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Turning the fire low.

Leek in the remaining cooking fat for approx.

10 minutes.

In the meantime cook in a pan with plenty of water with salt and cook until al dente.

Using cheese slicer or peeler, cut coarse curls of cheese.

Pesto and crème fraiche by stirring the leek and heating the sauce for another 2 minutes.

Season with (coarsely ground) pepper.

Pour out Penne and distribute it over two warm plates.

Prepare leek sauce and sprinkle with cheese curls and fried bacon..
