Salmon fillet with rucola stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, soft butter, ground cumin (djinten), lemon juice, salmon fillet, mashed potatoes à la minute (pack a 3 bags), rucola salad (75 g) and cherry tomatoes (halved).

Preheat the grill.

In a bowl, mix butter with cumin, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Halve salmon fillet, place on baking sheet and cover with 1 tbsp cumin butter.

Fry baking plate under hot grill and grill salmon fillets for almost 6 to 8 minutes.

Prepare puree with boiling water for the last minute according to the instructions for use.

Stir in the arugula, cherry and 1 tbsp cumin butter and warm up the stew.

Make the stew on two plates, lay salmon fillet on it and distribute the rest of cumin butter on top..
