American chocolate cake with dark chocolate, oreo cookies, mascarpone, whiskey and honey.

Preheat the oven to 140 ° C.

Line the bottom of the spring form with baking paper and grease the edges.

Grind the cookies in the food processor.

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Add the melted butter and whiskey to the biscuits and spread the mixture over the spring form. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator.

Chop the chocolate coarsely.

Melt the rest of the butter in the saucepan, remove from the heat and add 1/3 of the chocolate. Leave for 4 minutes and stir.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in 5 min. Creamy and thick.

Scoop the chocolate mixture through.

Stir the mascarpone loose with a fork and scoop through the chocolate mixture until an even mass is created.

Gently pour in the spring form. Bake for approx. 45 minutes in the middle of the oven until the filling has just solidified.

Allow the cake to cool for 1.5 hours on a grid.

Heat the rest of the pieces of chocolate, the milk and honey while stirring. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Divide the sauce over the cake, cover and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with the rest of the mascarpone.
