Dutch moccaccino with vanilla whipped cream, vanilla liqueur and dark chocolate.

Directions

Beat the whipped cream in a bowl with the vanilla sugar. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Break the chocolate into pieces. Remove the pan from the heat and then add the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Stir the chocolate milk through the coffee.
Rinse the glasses with hot water. Divide the liqueur over it.
Pour the moccaccino into the glasses and gently spoon the whipped cream.
Sprinkle the cream with the cocoa powder. Serve with a long spoon.
