Multigrain pancake with apple


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: apples (eg jonagold), multigrain pancake mix (400g, AH), soyadrink natural (pack 1 liter, AH), eggs (AH), raisins (AH), liquid honey (extra for garnish (pot 450 g, AH pure organic), sunflower oil (AH) and powdered sugar (Van Gilse).

Directions

  1. Cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into thin segments. Put the pancake mix in a bowl and stir in the soyadrink with a whisk. Add the eggs, raisins and honey and stir.
  2. Heat one 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry a thin pancake. Put some apple slices on before the batter has solidified and afterwards. Bake 11 pancakes. Serve with extra honey and the icing sugar.
