Pasta with ham and garden peas in cream sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fusilli (bag of 500 g), olive oil, onion (chopped), mushrooms (250 g, in four), flour, cooking cream (light (250 g)), ham (gammon (340 g) ), in strips), garden peas (450 g and frozen).

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms.

Sprinkle the flour over it and add 1 tablespoon of pasta hot water, stir the mixture smooth.

Add the cooking cream and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring.

Add the ham and garden peas and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper Drain the pasta and pour the rest of the oil through and season with salt and pepper.

Spread the pasta over the plates and spoon the sauce on it.
