Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.

Spoon in a bowl with the oil, garlic, thyme, potatoes, lemon zest and juice.

Cut the baking paper into 4 pieces of 30 x 30 cm.

Place the pieces of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the mushroom mixture over it.
-
Fold the corners upwards and tie the packages with kitchen yarn (or use aluminum foil).
-
Bake the packets in the oven for about 25 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and place a package on each plate.
-
Tasty with a salad, cooked green beans and crusty bread.
