Mushroom pasta with arugula
Creamy pasta with mushrooms, garlic and arugula.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut them into pieces. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic, add to the onion and mushrooms and bake for another 1 min.

Stir in the wine and the crème fraîche and keep the sauce warm on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the spaghetti and add to the mushroom sauce. Put the arugula through and serve immediately.
