Directions

  1. Knead the bread mix, herbs and 1 tablespoon of oil into a smooth dough and let rise for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to the highest setting, preferably 230ºC.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the bacon strips and garlic for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat source and scoop the spring onions, peppers, mushrooms and parsley.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into 4 round pizza bases of approx. 30 cm Ø.
  6. Cover with the sieved tomatoes, the mushroom mixture and the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle a baking tray with flour and fry the pizzas consecutively in the oven for 10-15 minutes until tender and brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with some rocket.
