Mussels and vegetables in sweet and sour sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag 1 kg), mussels (cooked (450 g, frozen), thawed), oil, garlic (in slices), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), cucumber (in strips) , wok sauce (sweet (bottle 200 ml)) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Dab the mussels thoroughly dry.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the garlic for 1 min. Scoop the garlic with a slotted spoon from the wok into a bowl. Stir fry in the garlic oil the mussels 2 min. Add them to the garlic. Stir fry in the shortening the stir fry mix and the cucumber 5 min. Add the mussels, the garlic and the wok sauce and bring to the boil.

Drain the rice and add to the mussels with vegetables. Stir in the bean sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish in 4 deep plates.
