Mussels from the barbecue with herb butter

Melt the butter and stir in the herbs.

Rinse the mussels and place them in half with the half lemons in a hot grill pan or on the grid of the barbecue.
-
Roast the mussels for about 5 minutes until they open. Turn over in between.
-
Discard the mussels that have not been opened.

Place the mussels on a flat dish and pour the parsley butter over it.
