Directions

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the herbs.
  2. Rinse the mussels and place them in half with the half lemons in a hot grill pan or on the grid of the barbecue.
  3. Roast the mussels for about 5 minutes until they open. Turn over in between.
  4. Discard the mussels that have not been opened.
  5. Place the mussels on a flat dish and pour the parsley butter over it.
