Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the tortilla chips in an oven dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the chips.
-
Peel the avocado, puree the flesh and stir in the lemon juice. Cross the beef tomatoes, put them in boiling water so you can easily pick up the skin and cut them into cubes without seeds. Spoon half of the onion and tomato through the avocado puree.
-
Put the tortilla chips with cheese in the middle of the oven until the cheese has melted slightly.
-
Scoop here and there some avocado salsa and sour cream over the melted cheese. Sprinkle some chili powder over it and spread the rest of the onions and the tomatoes with the coriander over it.
