Boil the rice and let it cool. Beat the eggs with the soy sauce. Fry 4 thin omelettes of the eggs with a 1/2 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan. Place on a plate and keep warm under foil.

Cut the pepper from the onion vegetables in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stir-frying pan in the garlic, onion, ginger and pepper for a few minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Spoon the rice with the vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and 4 tablespoons of water and mix everything well.

Put the omelettes on plates. Spoon a few big spoonfuls of nasi herbs in the middle of the omelets and fold them as packages.

Divide the shrimp over it and sprinkle with the chives. Serve the rest of the nasi herb separately.
