Nectarin granita
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: nectarines, lemon (pressed), fresh basil and white-tasting sugar.

Peel the nectarines and remove the pit and the slightly discolored flesh around the pit.

Cut the nectarines into pieces.

Grind the pieces of nectarine with the lemon juice, the basil and the caster sugar in the food processor or with the hand blender.

Put the mixture in a deep-freeze-proof container.

Put the granita in the freezer for 2 hours.

Stir it every half hour with a firm spoon, so that the ice crystals stay nice and small.

Serve the granita with a spoon or a straw..
