Directions

  1. Peel the nectarines and remove the pit and the slightly discolored flesh around the pit.
  2. Cut the nectarines into pieces.
  3. Grind the pieces of nectarine with the lemon juice, the basil and the caster sugar in the food processor or with the hand blender.
