Nectarine salsa with red onion
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: nectarines, red pepper, red onion (chopped), coriander (chopped), lime juice and light brown caster sugar.

Halve the nectarines and remove the seeds.

Slice the flesh finely.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper.

Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife.

Slice the flesh finely.

In a bowl mix the nectarines with the red pepper, onion, coriander, juice and sugar.

Season with salt.

Cover the dish and leave the flavors for at least 1 hour.
